Claudia has studied commercial cookery and has a degree in business and marketing from the Unversity of Central QLD.

Claudia has worked under chef Sonia Narcisi, as well as gained professional experience in a one-hat restaurant in Sydney’s Walsh Bay.

Claudia is a good-food lover and is grateful for the opportunity to share her passion with those around her.
